Our website was created according to the principles of Privacy by Design and Default. We deliberately avoid the use of tracking cookies, website analysis tools such as Google Analytics, and other plugins that could analyze your surfing behavior or collect your personal data.
When you access the website www.SplusN.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends your current IP address to the server on our website. This server is operated by IONOS SE (www.ionos.de). As the provider of this website, we have therefore concluded an AD contract (order data processing contract) with our host.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f) GDPR. The purpose is to protect the server on which our websites are located from technical attacks and other security risks.
In principle, the GDPR gives you the right to request information about your personal data. This also includes the IP address you use. You also have the right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to the processing of the data.
We would like to point out that we, as the person responsible, have no access to the IP addresses that are processed by the IONOS AG server for the purpose of security protection. It is therefore not possible for us to comply with or implement your legal requests.
Your IP address is not stored at Ionos, but is immediately anonymized. Only after your IP address has been anonymized will it be made available to us in “access statistics” (log files) for our website. These log files do not contain any personal data, so there are no claims under the GDPR.
When using our contact form
We offer you the opportunity to contact us using a contact form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid email address so that we know who the request came from and in order to be able to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b) GDPR. The personal data we collect for using the inquiry form will be deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with, unless a contractual relationship develops from this.
You have the right to request information about the personal data provided in the inquiry form. You also have the right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability.
